Rakesh Tikait, who was an important face of the farmer’s movement, and Naresh Tikait, the national president of BKU, have become isolated. At the same time, Rajesh Singh Chauhan, who was the National Vice President of the Bharatiya Kisan Union, has announced a new organization due to the displeasure of the farmers. He has named his new organization Bharatiya Kisan Union Arajnaitik. He has been elected the national president of this newly formed party. Whereas Harinam Singh Verma, who held the responsibility of UP State President of Bhartiya Kisan Union, has been made the new State President of BKU Arajnaitik.

With the formation of new party, Rajesh Singh Chauhan said that “I tried to present my point of view from time to time but the BKU high command neither listened to the workers nor paid attention to the problems of the farmers. Along with this, he also alleged Naresh Tikait and Rajesh Tikait’s Mahendra Singh of deviating from the ideals of Chaudhary Mahendra Singh Tikait.”

At the same time, on the issue of sacking seven office bearers due to wrong policies against the organization by the Bharatiya Kisan Union, Rakesh Tikait said that while attacking the farmer’s interests, some people have announced the formation of a separate organization from the Bharatiya Kisan Union. Such elements opposing the interests of farmers have been dismissed from BKU with immediate effect.
