New Delhi / Tokyo: PM Narendra Modi has reached Japan today on his two-day visit. He will participate in the QUAD summit to be held with the PMs of America, Japan and Australia. In this summit, many other global issues including developments related to the Indo-Pacific region and China’s activities in the South China Sea will be discussed. The Prime Minister, who arrived in Tokyo at the invitation of Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, is on a 40-hour stay.
On the arrival of the PM, the people of the Indian diaspora living in Japan gave him a warm welcome. Along with the elders, children were also involved in this. The Prime Minister thanked him for this welcome. PM will address the Indian community this evening before the QUAD summit to be held tomorrow. The time of address has been kept at 4 pm today.
