Ranchi: The Election Commission has sought information from the Chief Secretary Sukhdeo Singh of the state about the mining lease related to CM Hemant Soren. The Chief Secretary has not replied to the Election Commission. It is being told that it may take a couple of more days to reply. On the other hand, a tweet by Godda MP Nishikant Dubey, who spoke out against CM Hemant Soren, has turned up the political temperature. Dubey in a questionable manner tweeted, “Chief Minister Hemant Sorene ji in the shelter of BJP? Bad result of a bad deed, that is, to pay what you do”.

Discussion of CM Hemant Soren going to Delhi

If sources are to be believed, Chief Minister Hemant Soren is likely to go Delhi. A close aide of the ruling party and CM Hemant Soren told that they are going to take the opinion of a senior Supreme Court lawyer on the mining lease issue. There is also a discussion that CM Hemant Soren is going to have a very important meeting apart from the legalists in Delhi. Although it would not be right to write about that meeting now, it can spoil the work being done.

The hearing of the mining case is to be held in the High Court on Friday

On Friday i.e. on April 22, the High Court is to hear the petition filed in connection with the Ungada stone quarry case. CM Hemant Soren, who seems to be caught in the legal screw, is now preparing to go to the shelter of legalists. If the High Court gives an adverse decision, they will take the matter to the Supreme Court. It is being told that on Thursday night Hemant can go to Delhi by any flight. (but he was in Ranchi till the time of writing the news). However on Friday, many more curtains are liekly be raised from this matter.
