Kolkata: The Qualifier 1 and Eliminator match of IPL Season 15 will be hosted by Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The first qualifier and eliminator match between Gujrat and Rajasthan is to be played at the Eden Gardens ground on Tuesday. However the Kolkata Metro Division has made a big announcement regarding these matches. Issuing the information, the Metro Railway Board said that a special midnight metro service will be provided for the IPL matches to be played at the Eden Gardens on May 24 and 25. These services will run from Esplanade station to Dakshineswar and Kavi Subhash station at midnight after the end of the match. For this only booking counters at Esplanade station will be open for sale of smart cards and tokens.

Eden is ready to organize two great matches of IPL after three years. On one hand where Rajasthan Royals is desperate to win IPL for the second time, Gujarat Titans desperate to capture the its depute title on the other hand. In Qualifier-1 to be held at the historic Eden Gardens Stadium on Tuesday, when both the teams come out to try hard, their eyes will be on cutting tickets from Kolkata to the final match to be held in Ahmedabad. Here on Tuesday, the top two teams of the league round Gujarat and Rajasthan will face in Qualifier-1, while on Wednesday, third and fourth placed Lucknow Super Giants in the Eliminator and Royal Challengers Bangalore will fight for a place in Qualifier-2. It is a matter of relief for Gujarat and Rajasthan that even after losing the first match of the knockout round, they will get a second chance.

However, in the meantime, there is also concern about the weather in West Bengal. Kal Baisakhi is active in entire Bengal including Kolkata at this time. In the evening, suddenly it is raining with strong winds. Meteorological department has forcasted of rain on Tuesday as well, which may affect the match.
