The Government of India has taken a big action against Hafiz Talha Saeed, son of Hafiz Saeed, the terrorist who spewed poison against India while sitting in Pakistan. The government has declared Hafiz Talha Saeed a terrorist under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967.

This action has been taken by the Government of India when a court in Pakistan has sentenced Hafiz Saeed to 31 years of imprisonment. And now that the father is going to be in jail, the son has also been given the tag of a terrorist.

The Ministry of Home Affairs in an issued statement has said that “Talha has an active role in recruiting terrorists, collecting funds and conducting attacks in India through Lashkar-e-Taiba”

It is precise that Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967, through which Talha has been declared a terrorist, is the same law thorugh which the Government of India declared Hafiz Saeed, the mastermind of the 2008 Mumbai terror attack as a terrorist a few years ago.
