For the last five years, JTET (Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test) has not been conducted in Jharkhand, due to which there is deep anger among more than five lakh teacher training candidates of the state. It is to be known that these candidates have filed a petition in the High Court against this. Anand Kumar, on behalf of these candidates, told that the state government plans to restore a large number of primary teachers soon, and if JETAT is not organized before this restoration, then more than five lakh (as of 2016) of the state. After) the teacher trained candidates will be debarred from participating in this recruitment, and it will be a violation of their fundamental rights (right to equality of opportunity). He told that since till now the state government has not brought the notification of Jetet, therefore, it is being tried from our side to get a date for hearing this matter from the High Court as soon as possible.
