Ramgarh: Congress MLA Amba Prasad is accused of giving false information on the affidavit of the assembly elections held in 2019. Pankaj Mahto, a resident of Ramgarh, has made this allegation by writing a letter to the Election Commission of India supported with some relevant evidence after which the Deputy Collector of Land Reforms of Ramgarh has issued a final notice to MLA Amba Prasad on April 22. Earlier, notices were issued against her twice in which she has not presented any side.

It has been said in the final notice that by April 30, if Amba Prasad herself or through his lawyer does not present the case, then on the basis of the evidence given by the complainant, a one-sided hearing will be done and the final decision will be given. There is an allegation of giving false and incomplete information in the affidavit given in the election of Amba Prasad. Based on the evidence, the Election Commission had directed the Chief Electoral Officer of Jharkhand to take action.
